I started to machine the injector for a 250lb engine. We want to run this engine using Nitrous Oxide and Kerosene. This engine will run with a 300psi chamber pressure. The injector is 6061 aluminum. The chamber will have a graphite lining. I am still debating on using 8 ports per propellant or 16 ports. The higher port count will give better mixing but I am worried about the ports becoming plugged. The parts will be welded together. I have not drilled the plumbing ports yet either.
